Gods Pharmacy

T here are many myths about the creation of this planet, and they all seem to have in common that the earth was made by a supernatural being. Its names are many; let's call it God for now, as not to complicate matters too much.

I t is said that God loves the earth so much that he crowned it with the highest of creatures: the human being – us.

U nfortunately, these beings do not seem to appreciate their role or the rest of Gods creation. They have taken on a rather destructive attitude towards it. As a result of this, many of them have become imbalanced or sick.

N ow because God is a being of superior intelligence, he must have foreseen that. So in order to save mankind, he created a chain of great wonderful pharmacies, since in his love and wisdom he is well aware that imbalances and sickness cannot be fought, but just healed.

G od created the pharmacy in such a way that human beings would enjoy it, like to dwell in it and find the most important things in it like fresh air, relaxation and an opening of the heart.

S uch is Gods wisdom that all the remedies growing in his pharmacies are perfectly suited to illnesses and imbalances occurring in the respective climate of their location.

A nimals and little children have an instinctive knowledge of these pharmacies. They use them often and love to play in them, as they are not only pharmacies, but also divine libraries where one can learn in a playful way.

W e would like to introduce you to one of the most ancient pharmacies God created on this planet. It is the forest of Ferney on the island of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean .

P lease look at the endemic species growing just there and nowhere else in the world. And join us in our efforts to save them for the future of mankind, as this forest is endangered by a road project leading through it.

W e are happy to invite you for a little walk through Ferney Forest . Along the way, we will give you information and hints about what you may contribute to help save Gods pharmacy at Ferney and anywhere else needed.

What are Flower Essences?

From the beginning of time, there has been plant life on this planet. Actually, the plants were here long before us.

They produce oxygen so we can breathe, provide shade from the sun, shelter from the wind and the rain, building materials for our houses, food for our tables and cooking fires. Our world would be lifeless without them and so would we.

From the beginning of their existence, human beings have been using plants as medicine. They dug out roots, stripped off leaves, peeled bark and gathered flowers with special care, for some plants blossom only once or twice in their lifetime.

Our ancestors had many methods of preparing their precious plant remedies and each one was used to treat a specific area of the human being. Many of them are still used today as they have been thousands of years ago.

If one could generalize and say that the plants roots tend to treat deep seated illness, while leaves and branches the bodily parts and organs, then one could further say that the blossoms, in their interaction with sunlight, treat the soul.

The preparation of this soul medicine, which is not to be confused with essential oils, was developed by the late Dr. Edward Bach, an English doctor, in the twenties and thirties of the last century.

In his books, Dr. Bach describes the use of numerous plants he prepared by using his so-called sun method, which is the exposure of flowers and blossoms in a bowl of spring water to sunlight and the preservation of this “mother tincture” in pure alcohol. Today, this method is the most popular for the preparation of flower essences and used in countries around the world. According to Dr. Bach, flower essences facilitate our understanding about why we are prone to stress, allergies or physical disease. In doing that, the flower essences not only help cope with dis-ease, but by facilitating a new understanding, they bring us back into ease.

NATURESSENCE prepares flower essences according to Dr. Bach with indigenous flowers from Mauritius .
