Those who fancy Mauritius’ legendary past can now make their dreams come true: once the dwelling place of famous poets and writers, today historic Eureka Estate in Moka offers three Colonial Style Guesthouses furnished with a touch of the old and newly equipped with small kitchens and bathrooms.
Situated on the premises of the museum-turned residence, these romantic guest cottages have access to the cascading river and the magnificent gardens by the main house which used to belong to one of Mauritius’ most famous families and today hosts a collection of artefacts well worth seeing.
Guests are offered breakfast with lunch and dinner to be ordered a la carte. Meals can also be offered to the guests on a self-serving basis.
